TERMS OF SALE

These terms apply to purchases from Cerj Lalonde Prints, the online store of Cerj Lalonde.

Every artwork is made to order in the size and surface selected. Please check your selection and delivery address carefully. Contact us immediately if something must be corrected. Once production begins, an order cannot be changed or cancelled.

We may use specialist printing, framing, fulfillment, and delivery partners to produce and deliver orders on our behalf. Cerj Lalonde remains the merchant responsible for the sale and customer service.

The total shown at checkout, in the displayed currency, is the amount you authorize us to charge. We will not charge more than the price shown and accepted at checkout. Nothing in this section limits any rights provided by applicable law.

Each printed artwork is released in a limited edition of 50, counted across all print sizes and surfaces combined. Every print includes a Certificate of Authenticity. Murals are outside the limited print edition and do not include a Certificate of Authenticity.

Purchasing an artwork transfers ownership of that physical artwork—not its copyright or reproduction rights, which remain with Cerj Lalonde.

The complimentary digital edition of THE MULTIPLE GAZES II included with an artwork purchase is for the purchaser’s personal use and may not be copied, shared, uploaded or resold.

A printed artwork might not look identical to a backlit screen. Small variations between screens, materials, production runs, natural wood frames, and print sizes are normal. Quality problems caused by a production or fulfilment issue within our control are covered by our 100% Satisfaction — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Murals are made to the measurements selected or supplied by the customer. The customer is responsible for accurate wall measurements and installation. We are not responsible for damage caused by unsuitable wall conditions or installation work that we did not perform.

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
