Store and orders

These terms apply to purchases from Cerj Lalonde Prints, the online store of Cerj Lalonde.

Every artwork is made to order in the size and surface selected. Please check your selection and delivery address carefully. Contact us immediately if something must be corrected. Once production begins, an order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Prices and payment

The total shown at checkout, in the displayed currency, is the amount you authorize us to charge. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Limited editions and copyright

Each printed artwork is released in a limited edition of 50, counted across all print sizes and surfaces combined. Every print includes a Certificate of Authenticity. Murals are outside the limited print edition and do not include a Certificate of Authenticity.

Purchasing an artwork transfers ownership of that physical artwork—not its copyright or reproduction rights, which remain with Cerj Lalonde.

The complimentary digital edition of THE MULTIPLE GAZES II included with an artwork purchase is for the purchaser’s personal use and may not be copied, shared, uploaded or resold.

Appearance and materials

A printed artwork might not look identical to a backlit screen. Small variations between screens, materials, production runs, natural wood frames, and print sizes are normal. Damage and defects are covered by our 30-Day, 100% Quality Guarantee.

Murals

Murals are made to the measurements selected or supplied by the customer. The customer is responsible for accurate wall measurements and installation. We are not responsible for damage caused by unsuitable wall conditions or installation work that we did not perform.
