MADE TO ORDER

Every artwork is produced after you place your order. Production takes place before dispatch, and larger or framed pieces may require more production time than smaller unframed prints.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States.

SHIPPING COST

Standard shipping is free for orders delivered in Canada or the United States.
No tariffs.

DELIVERY ESTIMATE AND TRACKING

Production typically takes 4 to 7 working days, followed by 1 to 5 business days for delivery. Most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days total. Framed works may take longer.
We will confirm your order by email and send updates as it moves through production and shipping, including tracking information and notice of any significant delay.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Severe weather, carrier disruption, or another event outside our reasonable control can cause delay. Mandatory rights relating to delayed delivery are not affected.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check the delivery address before submitting your order and contact us immediately if it must be corrected. Once an order has been dispatched, an address change may no longer be possible. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where permitted by law.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ARTWORK

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund under our 30-Day, 100% Quality Guarantee.
