If you are not satisfied with the quality of your artwork because of a production or fulfilment issue within our control, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace the artwork or refund your purchase in full.

Please include your order number and photographs of the artwork and its packaging.

For customer-supplied errors or other matters outside our control, we will work with you to find a solution.

Murals are covered by the same guarantee.

An approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time for the credit to appear.

This policy does not limit any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
